Driver side front tire is smoking from the rim. Caliper or rotor? Its a 94 Lexus GS300 RWD no traction cont?

So, I know my car needs an allignment and balance and I had planned on getting this done tomorrow at Walmart.(only $24!) the steering wheel shakes when it gets to 60mph and doesn't shake at all unless at certain speeds. Could this of been a contributing

Could be several things, including bearings.
